1. 24/7 CASUALTY & ICU SERVICES

Casualty with 25 beds providing round the clock emergency services.
Medical I.C.U., Surgical I.C.U., Ortho I.C.U., Trauma I.C.U., Gynecology H.D.U., Pediatric. I.C.U and S.N.C.U are available with equipments like ventilators, defibrillator, pulse oximeters, cardiac monitors, etc.

2. OPERATION THEATRES:

There are 14 A/C operation theatres out of which 10 operation Theatres are “Modular with Laminar Airflow system” in the hospital with latest equipment. Lifesaving equipment like ventilators, central oxygen and suction supply, Defibrillators, infusion and syringe pumps are at place.

3. IN-PATIENT WARDS

All the inpatient wards are spaciously designed with the teaching beds to the students. Clinical demonstration rooms, treatment rooms, Duty Doctors and Nurses rooms are provided in each ward. All the beds in the hospital are free beds. All the inpatients are being given free food three times in a day.

4. OUT PATIENT DEPARTMENT

All the departments like General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, O. B. G., Pediatrics, Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, E. N. T., T. B. C. D., Dermatology, Psychiatry, Oncology, Neurology and Neuro Surgery have their O. P. D. facilities with separate male and female examination rooms. Student demonstration rooms are provided adjacent to every O. P. D. for clinical demonstrations.

5. DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES:

Laboratory is providing services with Pathology, Bio-Chemistry & Micro-Biology Departments. Radiology department has equipment for MRI, CT Scan, ECHO, ECG, X-ray & Ultra Sound etc.

6. IN-PATIENT WARDS:

• Bio -Medical Waste Management: S.S. Bio Care collects, transports and treats bio-medical waste.
• Sanitaiton: M/s Agile Security Force Pvt. Ltd, Nellore ensures that all the areas in the hospital are regularly cleaned (thrice a day) under the supervision of Health Inspector and sanitation supervisors.
• Security: M/s Agile Security Force Pvt. Ltd, Nellore is responsible for ensuring the security and safety of the hospital, patients, public and staff as well as regulating traffic within hospital premises.
• CCTV Surveillance: Xi Security systems Pvt Ltd is providing CCTV surveillance.
• Pest & Rodent Control:M/s Eagle Hunter Solution Ltd, Tirupati, provides measure undertaken by continuous debugging of the areas in a scientific manner along with the sanitation and pest control department.
• Dietary: Hygienic and balanced diet is provided to the patients.
• Laundry:Sapthavarna bed sheets are provided each day.
• Biomedical Equipment Service: Cyrix is the company doing the Biomedical Electronics Repair to the board level.
• RFID (Radio Frequency Identification): A RFID tag will be fixed to the mother and her newborn child for safety purposes.
• Dialysis (Nephroplus): 17 machines are run by 15 staff for Dialysis.

• Arogyasree Services:It is the flagship scheme of all healthcare initiatives with an aim to achieve “Health for all”.
• SADAREM: It is a initiative to create a Dynamic Web enable system for comprehensive access, rehabilitation and empowerment, through automation, capacity building, assessment of persons with disabilities (PWDs) and maintaining Decision Support System.
• Thalli Bidda Express:This service provides transportation service (from hospital to home) to new mothers who deliver at Government hospital through dedicated vehicles.
• Maha Prasthanam:This service provides dignified transportation of the dead bodies from the hospital to the residence of the deceased.
• Birth& Death Registration: The registration of vital events such as births and deaths takes place in the hospital are recorded and reported to the municipalities
• 108 Services:The service is available 24/7 and anyone can call the toll-free number 108 to request an ambulance in case of a medical emergency.
• DEIC: DEIC under RBSK provides the much needed early Identification and early Intervention Programme for these 4 Ds minimizes the disability and therefore significantly improve the quality of lives.
• DIALYSIS: Patients are provided with dialysis services free of cost.
• ART CENTER: Provides counselling services, HIV medication and index testing to all HIV AIDS patients from SPSR Nellore and surrounding districts.
• ARV CLINIC: Provides Anti rabies Vaccine to all those who are bit by any animals/rodents.
• Janani Suraksha Yojana (JSY): JSY is a safe motherhood intervention under the National Health Mission (NHM). This scheme entitles women for accessing Maternal and child health services with a financial assistance of Rs.1000/- and Rs.600/- in rural and urban areas respectively.
• NRC:Nutrition Rehabilitation Center (NRC) is a unit where children with Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) are admitted and managed.
