The Government of India have launched a comprehensive mission are providing affordable houses to the urban people below poverty line who have no house and whose annual income is less than 3 lakhs under PMAY –HFA during the mission period of 2015-2022 .
The scheme contains 3 categories i.e., 300sft,365sft&430sft.The units cost for 300sft is 5.65 lakhs 365sft is 6.65 lakhs 430sft 7.65 lakhs out of which the subsidy is Rs:3,00,000from Government of india and state Government .The remaining amount is the contribution from the beneficiaries which includes Bank linkage. The Department i.e., APTIDCO is the construction agency and selection of beneficiaries allotment of houses collection of beneficiaries contribution and bank linkage will rest on the respective municipal commissioners .A statement show in the no of units sanctioned grounded and present stage of the work is attached.
