• The District Backward Classes Co-Operative Society. Limited, SPSR Nellore was set up in the year 20-12-1976.

Objectives :

The Main objectives of the district society are :

• To provide financial assistance for creation of income generating assets to the poor Backward Classes households for their Socio & Economic Development.
• To plug critical gaps of finance in economic support schemes.

• All the schemes are implemented with bank loan tie up from the banks and directly bythe District and in convergence with line Departments.
• Self Employments Schemes with loan under Non-Bank Linked sector from the MBC Corporation.
